German Style Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. knockwurst, cut each in 5 pieces
- 1 (11 oz.) can beer
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Cook spaghetti until barely done.

2Heat butter or margarine in large skillet.

3Add onion and knockwurst and saute approximately 10 minutes.

4Stir in soup, beer, sour cream, horseradish, mustard and caraway seed.

5Simmer 10 minutes.

6Heat oven to 350°.

7Drain spaghetti and place half in greased 3-quart casserole dish.

8Spoon over 1/2 knockwurst/soup mixture.

9Repeat with remaining ingredients.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, covered.
