- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 7 drops yellow food coloring
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 72 candy corn
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.

3Immediately remove cupcakes from pans to wire rack.

4Cut each cupcake horizontally in half.

5Top bottom half of cupcake with 5 marshmallows; cover with top of cupcake.

6Cool completely.

7Meanwhile, microwave 1 cup marshmallows and milk in large microwaveable bowl 2 min.

8or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.

9Cool slightly.

10Stir in COOL WHIP and food coloring until blended.

11Spread cupcakes with COOL WHIP mixture.

12Top each cupcake with 3 candy corn.
