- 100 g margarine
- 70 g sugar
- 230 g flour
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Directions

1Preheat the oven at 180C/350F.

2Put margarine and sugar into a bowl and mix together well until the texture of the mixture becomes smooth.

3Put the honey and molasses into the bowl and mix in, then put in the other ingredients and mix all together into a dough (note: dissolve the baking powder in a little hot water before putting it into a bowl)

4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5Roll up the dough into small balls and place them on the tray.

6Bake for 15 minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
