- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Mix Crisco, salt, ginger and molasses with a little flour. Add the soda dissolved in water and the rest of the flour, then work all together.

2Roll out 1/4-inch thick and cut with a plain cutter.

3Bake on greased pans about 1-inch apart in an oven at a temperature of 375°.
