- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- about 8 c. flour
Directions

1Bring molasses and Crisco to boil.

2When cool, add remaining ingredients.

3Mix and refrigerate about 1 hour, roll out.

4Cut, then bake.

5The less you handle the dough and less flour, the nicer they are.

6Sprinkle sugar over before baking.
