- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Chop carrots, onion and green pepper; cook carrots until tender and leave onion and green pepper raw.

2Mix the rest of the ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil; cool sauce and pour over carrots.

3Add onion and green pepper; refrigerate.
