  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Chop carrots, onion and green pepper; cook carrots until tender and leave onion and green pepper raw.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil; cool sauce and pour over carrots.

    Add onion and green pepper; refrigerate.
