  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (4-inch) piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
