Ginger-Marinated Chicken Wings

- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/8 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 doz. chicken wings
Directions

1Arrange wings evenly in the bottom of a shallow dish.

2Combine soy sauce, honey, arrowroot, vinegar, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Pour marinade evenly over top.

3Cover and chill up to 4 hours. Remove wings from marinade.

4Arrange on broiler pan.

5Cook, turning and basting with the marinade several times for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done to your liking.
