- 2 bananas either very cold or frozen
- 1 Granny Smith apple chopped up for blending
- 1/4 cup peppermint Handful of, or spearmint leaves, about loosely packed
- 2 teaspoons ginger root crushed, I used the frozen cubes
- 6 ounces soy container of vanilla, or organic dairy, yogurt
- 6 ice cubes large
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Throw everything into a blender and swirl until desired consistency is reached.
