Name: Chocolate Sheet Cake
Ingredients: 2 sticks oleo; 1 c. water; 4 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and milk to make 1/2 c.; 1 tsp. soda; 2 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

2 sticks oleo
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and milk to make 1/2 c.
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Bring to a boil in small saucepan the oleo, water and cocoa. Mix the vinegar-milk mixture with remaining ingredients.

Pour oleo mixture into bowl of flour and sugar.

Add eggs, milk mixture and vanilla.

Pour onto greased cookie sheet (approximately 10 x 15-inch).

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done.
