- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 8 slices limes (optional)
Directions

1Mix butter, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl.

2Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

3Add salmon and dot with half the butter mixture.

4Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side.

5Turn, dot with remaining butter and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

6Garnish with lime slices.
