  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup double cream
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons glace ginger, chopped finely
  • 1 medium egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon drambuie
  • cocoa powder, sieved
  • crystallized ginger

    Combine butter, cream and ground ginger in a saucepan.

    Cook over low heat unil butter melts and cream bubbles around edges.
