  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. molasses
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Refrigerate dough; then roll out and cut with cookie cutters (preferably bear-shaped ones). Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
