  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
