- 1 c. white flour
- 3/4 c. wheat flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 c. molasses
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; set aside.

2In large bowl, mix buttermilk, oil, egg, egg white and molasses.

3Add to the dry mixture and stir lightly; DO NOT OVERMIX!

4Drop into muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
