- 1 tbsp. margarine
- butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 3 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lime juice
Directions

1Combine margarine with gingerroot in a small pan; add bananas and sprinkle with brown sugar.

2Cook until browned, about 2 minutes.

3Stir and continue cooking until sauce begins to caramelize, another 2 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Carefully place bananas on a serving dish.

6Sprinkle lime juice in same skillet.

7Mix well and drizzle sauce over bananas.
