- 63 grams plain flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 sachet of yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
- 1 sauce
- 6 slice light ham
- 100 grams crushed pineapple
- 115 grams light grated cheese
Directions

1Sift flour into bowl

2Add other dry then wet base ingredients
