- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 (16 oz.) cans peach slices in extra light syrup, drained
- 1 1/3 c. vanilla ice milk
Directions

1Combine crushed gingersnaps and next 2 ingredients.

2Cut in margarine until mixture resembles corn meal.

3Arrange peaches in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

4Sprinkle gingersnap mixture over peaches.
