  • 4 Tbsp. molasses or sorghum
  • 2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp. salt

    Cream shortening, add sugar and mix thoroughly.

    Roll in small balls.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350°.
