Glazed Baked Ham

  • 1 (10 lb.) ham
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 c. apricot jam or preserves
  • 1/4 c. sweet Niagara wine

Directions

    Trim excess fat from ham.

    Score top in a diagonal pattern and insert 10 cloves in gashes.

    Place ham on a rack or open roaster. Bake in a preheated 325° oven about 2 hours.

    Brush ham with apricot jam or preserves mixed with wine.

    Bake 30 minutes longer. Brush once or twice with remaining glaze as it bakes.

    Serves 10 plus.
