- 1 (10 lb.) ham
- 10 cloves
- 1 c. apricot jam or preserves
- 1/4 c. sweet Niagara wine
Directions

1Trim excess fat from ham.

2Score top in a diagonal pattern and insert 10 cloves in gashes.

3Place ham on a rack or open roaster. Bake in a preheated 325° oven about 2 hours.

4Brush ham with apricot jam or preserves mixed with wine.

5Bake 30 minutes longer. Brush once or twice with remaining glaze as it bakes.
