- 2 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh baby carrots
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 envelopes Ranch salad dressing mix
Directions

1Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1-inch water.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

4Drain and set aside.

5In the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and salad dressing.

6Mix until blended; add carrots.

7Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed.

8Makes 10 to 12 servings.
