  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can water (paste)
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. fennel seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. red wine
