- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, margarine, water, cinnamon and nutmeg. Microwave at High until margarine is melted (1.5 minutes).

2Stir in carrots until coated.

3Cover the dish and microwave at High until carrots are tender (5 to 8 minutes), stirring once.
