  • 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy or cooking sherry
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
