  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil

    Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans.

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add in water, Large eggs and oil; blend.

    Then beat for 2 min at medium speed.

    Divide batter in 2 pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till inserted toothpick comes clean.

    Cold 10 min in pan, remove and cold on racks.
