- 1 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds, cashews, raw peanuts or pecan halves
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a heavy 8-inch skillet combine nuts, sugar and butter or margarine.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 6 to 8 minutes or until sugar is melted and golden in color and nuts are toasted.

3Spread nuts on a buttered baking sheet or aluminum foil. Separate into clusters.

4Sprinkle lightly with salt.

5Cool. Makes about 1/2 pound.
