  • 2 medium dark orange sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces (4 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen small whole onions
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups peach preserves
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen snap pea pods, thawed
