  • 3 tablespoons citrus glaze Pomegranate
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Toss pecans, glaze, salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl.

    Spread pecans in an even layer on baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, stir, and continue roasting for an additional 5-10 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven, cool, and serve.
