  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 qt. pecans

Directions

    Mix oil and syrup in saucepan.

    Heat gently, then stir in nuts.

    Put in iron skillet and place in a 250° oven for 1 hour. Stir 4 times.

    Remove and cool.

    Transfer to jars or canisters with lids.
