- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1 qt. pecans
Directions

1Mix oil and syrup in saucepan.

2Heat gently, then stir in nuts.

3Put in iron skillet and place in a 250° oven for 1 hour. Stir 4 times.

4Remove and cool.

5Transfer to jars or canisters with lids.
