- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. natural brewed soy sauce
- 2 c. toasted walnuts
Directions

1Combine apricot preserves, sugar and soy sauce in a small saucepan.

2Heat over medium heat and stir constantly until preserves melt.

3Stir in walnuts; spread out onto lightly oiled baking sheet.

4Bake in preheated 275° oven for 20 minutes or until walnuts feel dry to the touch.

5Remove walnuts onto waxed paper and cool completely.

6Store in airtight container.
