Gloria'S Easy "Light" Cake

   Select your favorite

   flavor cake mix.

   Spray desired pan or pans with cooking spray.

   Prepare according to package directions with the following modifications:

   Add 1 tablespoon flour to dry mix and blend well.

   Substitute an equal measure of unsweetened applesauce for vegetable oil and substitute equal number of egg whites for eggs.

   Cool in pan on rack.

   Remove when cool.

   Frost or sprinkle powdered sugar.
