- Makes about 1 dozen
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely minced chives
- 2/3 cup half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Using a pastry blender, cut in butter and goat cheese until mixture is crumbly. (You can also use a food processor - but just be sure to 'pulse' until you achieve the desired consistency.)
