  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup finely minced chives
  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
