Ingredients
- 1 lb. goat stew meat
- 1 c. peanut oil or oil of choice
- 1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste or puree
- 1 whole fresh red bell pepper, blended
- 4 whole fresh tomatoes, blended
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. red hot pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt or Accent (optional)
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 cubes or 1 tsp. beef bouillon
Directions

1Steam meat until well done; set aside.

2In a saucepan heat oil until hot.

3Saute onion.

4Add meat to oil.

5Fry meat for 1 minute and add tomato paste.

6Stir in blended fresh tomato and bell pepper.

7Add all other seasoning ingredients.

8Let stew simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

9Serve over white rice, boiled potatoes or eat with any other food of your choice.
