- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Have butter at room temperature.

2Combine with sour cream in mixer; add flour, 1 cup at a time.

3Mix well.

4Divide mixture into 4 equal parts.

5Wrap each chunk with waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.

6Roll out one chunk at a time on floured board to 15 x 6-inch rectangle.

7Salt and pepper and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.

8Roll rectangle into 15-inch roll and seal ends and pull edge along top.

9Sprinkle with paprika.

10Place on foil or Saran Wrap to refrigerate or freeze until use.

11Can go from freezer to cookie sheet to oven.

12Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly and brown.

13Slice in 1/2-inch pieces.
