- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 12 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- cornflour
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and egg yolk, stir well.

2Cut Chicken into bit size pieces, soak chicken in soy sauce mixture, leave for 1-2 hours (the longer you leave it, the better they taste).

3Stir occasionally.

4Coat chicken LIGHTLY with cornflour (do not over coat the chicken with cornflour!)

5Then deep fry, making sure that all the chicken isn't in a big clump.

6Cook until golden brown.

7Serve with a sweet and sour sauce from the shopping centre.
