Strawberry Gelatin Salad

- 2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
- 2 boxes frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 chopped bananas
- 1 c. frozen blueberries (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

2Thaw strawberries partially and add strawberries, bananas, pineapple, blueberries and lemon juice to Jell-O.

3Place 1/2 of mixture in bottom of large casserole. Congeal quickly in freezer about 30 minutes.

4Spread the cup of sour cream over congealed mixture.

5Add remaining gelatin and chill until firm.
