  • 12 aburage (tofu puff)
  • 2 ounces daikon radishes, julienned
  • 12 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons dashi stock
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sake
  • 1 teaspoon mirin

Directions

    Rinse the aburage in boiling water and julienne.

    Saute the daikon and aburage in the oil.

    Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the liquid is almost absorbed.
