Directions

   In a bowl, mix together cake mix, 2 eggs and butter.

   Mix well.

   Spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

   In second bowl, mix together 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar.

   Spread over first layer.

   Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
