- 3 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned), uncooked
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except raisins in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan and mix well.

2Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

3Stir occasionally.

4Stir in raisins and cool thoroughly.

5Store in a tightly covered container in a cool dry place (or refrigerate).

6Yields 6 cups.
