- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 c. creamed style cottage cheese
- 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in melted butter in a 2-quart saucepan until tender (do not brown).

2Stir in drained mushrooms, pimiento, soup, milk and basil.

3Heat well.

4Arrange 1/2 of noodles (cooked and drained) in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, then layer in 1/2 of Cheddar cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese.

5Repeat layers.

6Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until hot.
