- 2 lb. carrots
- dash of salt
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
Directions

1Slice and cook carrots until tender with dash of salt.

2Do not overcook.

3Drain thoroughly.

4Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over hot carrots.

5Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

6Will keep a week or more in refrigerator.
