- 1 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 7 c. flour
Directions

1Cream sugar, salt, shortening and eggs.

2Add cold and hot water, 2 cups flour and yeast mixture.

3Beat well.

4Gradually add remaining flour; mix well.

5Cover and refrigerate.

6Use as needed. Shape and let rise for about 1 hour.

7Bake at 400° until brown. This mixture will keep up to 2 weeks stored in refrigerator.
