  • Milk (preferably nonfat)
  • Espresso (ground for an espresso machine)
  • Cocoa powder (preferably Venchi)
  • Water

Directions

    Froth milk, one cup at a time, until the desired temperature and stiffness are reached.

    Gingerly pile on the foam.
