- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 piece salt pork
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Scald cabbage in boiling water to soften leaves.

2Remove one at a time; set aside.

3Saute onion.

4Cook rice until done.

5Add onion to rice.

6Add seasonings to meat; mix together with 1/2 soup.

7Fill each cabbage leaf with mixture.

8Put in roasting pan, side by side.

9Pour tomatoes over cabbage.

10Add remaining tomato soup.

11Add pieces of salt pork.

12Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 hours.
