- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 c. grated Swiss
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.

3Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and continue stirring until mixture cools.

4Beat in eggs, one at a time, stirring until mixture is slightly glossy and smooth.

5Stir in remaining ingredients.

6Pour batter into a greased 10-inch iron skillet.

7Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

8Cut bread into slices and serve.
