- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni, cooked
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and green pepper.

2Drain off fat.

3Add paste, tomato sauce and remaining ingredients except cooked macaroni. Cook about 20 minutes on low to medium heat.
