  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook potatoes with skin on until slightly tender; cool. Remove skins and shred potatoes.

    Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle paprika on top.

    Put in greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
