- 2 pieces (6 To 8 Oz. Size) Portioned Salmon Or 1 Salmon Fillet (Boneless/Skinless)
- 3 Tablespoons Fish And Seafood Seasoning (Spade L Ranch Is Best)
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
Directions

1Season one side of the salmon with the fish and seafood seasoning.

2Now drizzle the sesame seed oil into a frying pan.

3This oil has loads and loads of flavor so go easy.

4If you think you need more while the fish is cooking, I would probably use some olive oil.

5Heat the pan on a medium high heat.

6Let it get good and hot before you place the fillets in it.

7For beauty purposes, set the salmon in with the seasoned side up.

8Depending on the thickness of your fish, you should let these cook for about four minutes on one side before turning.

9You can check the ends to see how its cooking.

10As it cooks the meat will become a light/pale pink.

11Wait to turn it until it is just more than halfway up.

12To make sure it is thoroughly cooked, check the ends once again.

13It should be that pretty pink color throughout.

14Also, it should flake when a fork is inserted into it and pulled back a bit with the grain of the meat.

15You do not want to overcook fish; stay close!
