- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Add baking powder and salt to egg whites; beat until foamy and begins to peak, not dry.

2Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar; continue beating.

3Add vanilla.

4Fold in graham crackers, chopped pecans and remaining sugar.

5Grease pie plate with butter and pour batter into it.

6Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
