  • 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sliced almonds
  • graham crackers

    Bring butter, margarine and sugar to a boil.

    Boil for 2 minutes.

    Spread whole graham crackers on 2 foil lined cookie sheets in one layer.

    Pour syrup mixture over graham crackers. Spread to cover all crackers.

    Sprinkle with almonds.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Cool and break into pieces.
